Meet our Twins!

On Tuesday, December 16, 2008 our beautiful twin boys joined our family! After a long day of waiting, we were scheduled to be delivered at 3:00pm but were bumped by an emergency c-section, Luke McKinstry and Logan James Crippen arrived quickly and safely! Luke arrived first at 5:07pm, weighing in at 6lb 2 oz, 20 inches long and Logan joined the family one short minute later at 5:08pm weighing 6lb 7 oz, and also 20 inches long. We were so grateful to have them arrive without any complications and very healthy. We came home from the hospital on Friday afternoon and we have officially entered the world of sleepless nights and lots of poppy diapers!!

Congratulations!!! How'd you even have time to sit at the computer and post on your blog? You're Superwoman! Glad everyone is healthy and home and happy! It must be so wonderful to finally snuggle those little guys, after having to wait so much longer than you thought for delivery day. Also, I love the names! The L's tie them as twins, without being too similar; nice choices!

Wow...it just doesn't seem all that long ago when you were Gypsy's age coming sown with Lisa to visit when I was having babies!!! Now look at you! Married for almost 14 years with 4 children. It is amazing how time flies. Congrats on your new additions. So glad that everything went well. I wish you lived closer so we could visit...

Awww! Char, they are BEAUTIFUL!!
I really wish I lived closer to you...I'd smell their breath and snuggle their squishy little fuzzy heads! (Sorry...uh...I get a little carried away sometimes when I see newborns! I'd wash first of course...but then I'd eat them up!)
You look GREAT! I love that "relief" look of a new mommy!
Seriously...DO YOU EVER JUST LOOK LIKE CRAP? You are sincerely one of the most beautiful ladies I have EVER met! What do the kiddos think? John still in shock? It kills me EVERYTIME!!! One day you are pregnant, growing 2 BOYS inside your body and then the next...POOF! (well kind of) There are 2 more souls on the earth! And you are the MOTHER of these amazing little boys who look just as you'd imagined them to for 9 whole months.....how can you not have a testimony of ETERNAL families after ALL that? We love you guys and hope EVERYTHING continues to go well for ALL of you...(don't get ANY infections this time)
Merry Christmas! We miss you!
(PS...this is what you get for NEVER calling me, a short chapter book of comments on EVERY post you write! I know you know I am kidding because I could NEVER really be upset with you...but, I can harass you!)
